Booking & Payment

 

Do I have to pay for my cleaning up front?

Yes. We ask that you pay the full amount when you book. This secures your spot and helps us plan our schedule. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

You can cancel or reschedule for free if it’s more than 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, your payment is not refunded.

 

Why don’t you use a deposit system?

We ask for full payment up front to make things simple and fair. This helps us avoid no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

 

Can I pay later or use a payment plan?

Right now, payment is due up front. We are looking into “Pay Later” options or payment plans with our booking platform. If it becomes available, you’ll see it at checkout.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure website. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available, depending on your device.

 

Can I set up cleaning to happen every week or month?

Yes! You can pick weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning. These plans come with loyalty discounts. Choose “recurring” during booking or contact us to set it up.

 

 

Pricing & Discounts

 

What is the minimum price for a cleaning?

The lowest price for residential cleaning is $135. For commercial cleaning, the minimum contract is $300 per month.

 

How is pricing set for homes?

We price homes by the total square feet and which package you pick: Basic, Standard, Premium, or Elite.

 

How do you price apartments?

Apartments have set prices based on bedrooms and bathrooms. Apartment packages start with Standard and go up from there.

 

What discounts do you offer for regular cleaning?

  • Weekly: 20% off

  • Bi-weekly: 15% off

  • Monthly: 10% off

Premium and Elite packages give you even more savings through loyalty discounts.

 

Do commercial clients get discounts, too?

Yes! Commercial cleaning has frequency discounts from 5% to 25%, depending on how often you book.

 

Are there extra charges for special cleaning or requests?

Yes. Add-ons like oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, or deep cleaning have extra fees. You can add these during booking.

 

 

Service Details

 

What do your cleaning packages include?

  • Basic: Surface clean, make beds, vacuum, light wipe-down (for homes only)

  • Standard: Full routine cleaning, light organizing, pet hair pickup

  • Premium: Standard plus deep cleaning of baseboards, grout, fans, and more

  • Elite: Everything in Premium, plus inside of fridge, oven, and up to 10 windows

 

What’s in the Deep-Clean Bundle?

The deep-clean bundle covers baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, microwave inside, grout details, vacuuming couch creases, and wiping appliance spots. It’s included with Premium and Elite, or as an add-on.

 

Is oven, fridge, or window cleaning included in every package?

No. The Elite package includes these services. You can add them to other packages for a fee.

 

Do I need to empty my fridge, oven, or cabinets before you clean them?

Yes, please. Make sure fridges, ovens, and cabinets are empty so we can clean them well.

 

Can I get a custom cleaning for things like garages or patios?

Yes. Tell us what you need in your booking, and we’ll give you a custom quote.

 

Will you clean my basement or carpets?

Yes. Finished basement cleaning is $50. Carpet cleaning is available by custom quote.

 

What if I have pets?

We love pets! Please secure them while we clean for safety. Let us know about your pets when you book.

 

 

Supplies & Add-Ons

 

Do you bring your own cleaning products and tools?

Yes, we bring all the supplies needed, including eco-friendly products. You don’t need to provide anything unless you want us to use your supplies.

 

Can I ask you to use my cleaning products?

Yes, just let us know when you book. Please note, we can’t guarantee results with products we didn’t provide.

 

Do you offer add-on services?

Yes! You can add services like oven cleaning, window cleaning, deep-clean bundles, basement cleaning, and more.

 

How do commercial add-on discounts work?

  • Premium: 25% off most add-ons (up to 2,000 sq ft per month)

  • Elite: 50% off most add-ons (up to 2,000 sq ft per month)

 

 

Policies & Cancellations

 

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Cancel more than 48 hours before your service for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours, and payment is not refunded.

 

What if my space is very dirty, unsafe, or has bugs?

If your space is dangerous (like extreme filth, pests, or unsafe conditions), we may need to charge more or cancel the service.

 

What if I forget to give you access to my home or business?

Please make sure someone is home or give us access instructions. If we can’t get in, payment is not refunded.

 

Are there places you won’t clean?

We do not clean hazardous waste, crime scenes, or handle biohazard removal. If your space is unsafe, we may decline the job.

 

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather makes travel unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no cost.

 

What if I need to change my appointment time?

Contact us as soon as you can! We’re happy to reschedule if it’s more than 48 hours before your appointment.

 

 

Commercial Cleaning Questions

 

What types of commercial spaces do you clean?

We clean offices, stores, medical offices, and light industrial spaces in Raleigh-Durham and nearby areas.

 

What’s included in commercial cleaning?

General cleaning, high-touch disinfection, restrooms, breakrooms, trash, floor care, and entry glass cleaning.

 

Can I get a custom cleaning checklist for my building?

Yes, we’ll work with you to make a checklist that fits your space.

 

Do you restock bathroom or kitchen supplies?

We can restock restrooms for $25 per visit or $100 per month. You usually provide the supplies, but let us know if you need us to order them.

 

What’s the minimum contract for commercial cleaning?

$300 per month is the minimum.

 

Do I get a dedicated account manager?

If you sign up for the Elite plan, you get a dedicated manager and faster service for any problems.

Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?

We may be able to help in urgent situations, but it depends on our schedule. Contact us directly for last-minute requests.

 

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes! Tell us you need move-in/move-out service when booking, so we can make sure it’s done right.

 

How do loyalty rewards work?

If you book regular cleanings with Premium or Elite, you earn 3%–5% off base pricing as a loyalty discount.

 

Do you do background checks on your cleaners?

Yes. All team members are vetted, trained, and background checked for your peace of mind.
